"The cost for four frees to be trimmed was excellent. It was a very careful and honest assessment. There were some problems and Mike told it exactly as it was. No snowing to get our business. He knows what he is doing. This wasn't an emergency but we had the crew out four days later. The crew was incredible. We had one of the worst sustained rains in months, but they kept working right through it. They did a flawless job. The clean-up was impeccable and the last 30 minutes of it occurred during another sudden downpour at the end of the day when they could've quit just to get out of there. We had 5 or 6 tree companies come to our house and gave us estimates as high as $2500 for this tree removal, and On Demand was the second lowest estimate, so they already get a 5 star on price. They were here on time and worked for 5 hours continuously, and actually listened to us when we told them the roof had some soft spots and they avoided those areas. They cleaned up the yard perfectly, it was like they were never here. "From the initial call to schedule an estimate to the completion of the job, doing business with Mike and his team was a total pleasure.  Mike met with me just a couple of days after my initial call and when I called the office to schedule the work, they scheduled the job for the following Monday (which happened to be Memorial Day).  The team showed up on Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. and they worked steadily until after noon when the job was complete.  I don't have enough space to tell you what a fantastic job they did but every single member of the crew was professional and hard working!  They checked with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and they left the yard in much better shape than it was in when they started.  I highly recommend this company and could not be more pleased with the service I received!"

"It's been 8 days since Hurricane Florence in Wilmington, NC. My electricity was restored after 6 days so I started cleaning up outside. I got as far as I possibly could before I knew I needed professional help removing fallen, broken and barely hanging on.....trees . BIG oak trees! 
I took all the necessary pictures and sent them to a number of local tree removal companies for quotes. Being a week after a major hurricane, they were all busy.
So I walked around my neighborhood and didn't get too far before I saw the guys from On Demand Tree Service working very hard across the street.  Long story short, I got a fast & fair quote and within 10 minutes there were 7 guys sawing and hauling huge branches & trees away. They had all the right major equipment and are very fast, friendly and thorough. Before 3 hours was up, they had removed several branches from a 50 foot oak tree, completely removed a tree that had uprooted and several massive branches that had fallen in the tightest spaces.  AND cleaned up everything very nicely.  This entire crew was Excellent!  I really appreciate their hard work. When they say, "On Demand", they really mean it!"

"What a pleasure to call a service and get a really fair quote for some palm tree pruning.  Not only did the crew show up but the owner Mike also was there to check on the service.  A honestly friendly guy that was so cool that when 2 baby squirrels fell out of the tall palm that was being trimmed, Mike picked them up and they cuddled up to him like a friend saving their life which he was because he was going to take them back to the office and take care of them.  Oh did I mention that the 3 palms that they trimmed were beautiful.  The crew knew exactly what they were doing, communicated with each other and cleaned up before departing.  Don't think you can get better than that.  Highly recommend!!"

2. How fast Mike the owner came out to give me a price.
3. The price was very reasonable.
4. How fast he could get give me a date to get my work done.

    All of the workers were so polite, fast and cleaned up after themselves. Once everything was finished they had me come out to check and make sure I was happy or if I needed any more branches to come down. They'd step back look at my two oak trees to make sure they were even and then come back and take a few more down. Mike was on site almost the whole time and when he had to leave to meet another customer for a quote, his brother would be here, which he introduced me to in case I had an issue. I even had a tree removed and the stump grinned down, which they hauled all of the mess away. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and I'll be using them again in the near future for trees in my backyard.
